When Rio finds herself undead, it sets her on a journey where the answers she seeks are buried in her past. Through clues that loop her memory back and forth, Rio re-discovers her adolescent goth roots and takes the listener on a journey exploring her Latina family life.
A photographer by day and story teller by night, Ochoie is a 2023 The Book Fest award winner for her self-published book, The Night's Fable. Her work delves into the genre of humorous young adult fiction and her latest project, Darkwave Latina, a scripted podcast series, showcases her writing style.

Marita De La Torre is a storyteller and creator of film, theater and some bewitching salts! Marita’s current film projects include the animated work, The Code of the Heart. Recent acting roles include playing the mother, Isabella in LODO, a short film she also co-wrote and produced. LODO was the winner of Best Short at Cine Festival and the Tim Burton Award at the Burbank International Film Festival. Marita is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Highland Park Independent Film Festival. Marita is also a Producer for Teatro Arroyo, the theater arm of the Arroyo Arts Collective of Northeast Los Angeles.
